Beware of Covid-19 Scams
We urge you to be extra cautious and vigilant at all times, especially with the Covid-19 SCAMS that have been going around on chats, social media, email and Covid-19 related websites, offering safety advice and real-time case update.
These sites are being used to host phishing attacks, distribute malwares or tricking customers to pay for fake Covid-19 cures, supplements or vaccines.
Do not share your personal and bank account details, including credit and debit cards’ information at all times.
Be SAFE
We will continue to step up our precautionary measures in protecting the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees at all our branches and buildings:
- Daily hourly sanitization and cleaning at all customers/visitors touch-points, including common areas and Self-Service Terminals (during operation hours).
- Provide hand sanitizers to customers and visitors.
Public health safety is a collection effort. If you have fever, cough and shortness of breath, please defer your visit to the branches.
Be Safe. Prevention starts with each and every one of us.
Thank you for your kind understanding and full cooperation.
