Beware of Covid-19 Scams
We urge you to be extra cautious and vigilant at all times, especially with the Covid-19 SCAMS that have been going around on chats, social media, email and Covid-19 related websites, offering safety advice and real-time case update.
These sites are being used to host phishing attacks, distribute malwares or tricking Customers to pay for fake Covid-19 cures, supplements, vaccines as well as providing personal and banking information purportedly from various government agencies.
Do not share your personal and bank account details, including credit and debit cards’ information at all times.
On behalf of our Customers and employees, we are proud to have contributed to the collective efforts of the Association of Islamic Banking and Financial Institutions Malaysia (AIBIM) to raise some much needed funds to help our health professionals and communities impacted by the Covid-19 outbreak.
Hong Leong Islamic Bank is pleased to be part of this industry collective effort to assist Hospital Sg. Buloh and Hospital Kuala Lumpur via AIBIM and hope our efforts will ease the burden of our medical system and front-line health care professionals, who are caring for our communities tirelessly to ensure that all Malaysians can be provided with adequate support during this difficult period.
Please stay safe, Malaysia!
