Authorisation of Representative to Operate Bank Account

Current Account-i and Savings Account-i customers are able to authorise and appoint a third party to operate the account or to perform transactions (except for junior account-i) at any HLB/HLISB branches nationwide, provided the Bank receives the relevant authorisation required.

The following sets out the requirement:
