Internship Program
A challenging and dynamic program designed for final year undergraduate students currently pursuing their first degree. The program provides the opportunity for students to gain knowledge and experience related to their field of study while reaffirming their career aspirations in the banking industry.
- To enable students to become more qualified candidates by gaining practical perspectives on the academic concepts and theories studied
- To lead students to a greater understanding of financial institutions and assist with the development of skills marketable for their chosen career path
- Through the internship program students can build their professional network which can be invaluable in today’s job search
- Introduce students as early as possible to the banking world and the chance to get to know HLISB
- Malaysian citizens
- Open to final year undergraduate students from local IPTA and IPTS
- Possess current CGPA score of 3.00 and above, or the equivalent
- Achievement in extra-curricular activities
- Energetic, good communication skills and a good team player
- Have the passion and motivation to grow and succeed in the banking and financial industry
- Available for both compulsory and non-compulsory internships
- A continuous 10 weeks or 12 weeks Internship with HLISB Intakes
2 intakes per year
- Intake 1 (Jan — June)
- Intake 2 (July — Dec)
- Monthly allowance.
