 Based on a tripartite arrangement of Murabahah for purchase orderer at Cost-Plus Sale
Eligible properties are factories / warehouses / commercial buildings / shop houses (to be direct acquired from vendor / developer - for Shariah compliant business / purposes)
Periodic instalment payments based on fixed profit rate until the sales price is fully paid off
Allowed to make early payment or settlement that will provide further savings
