Sabah and Sarawak - An additional 20% on the value of houses for Peninsula Malaysia i.e. RM120,000/- (Sales & Purchase Agreement Price)
Only one house ; and
Purchase of property for owner's occupation
A married couple shall be entitled to only one house financing at the prescribed rate
