HLISB offers you a flexible and attractive package to finance your dream home. The financing package is offered based on the concept of Bai Bithaman Ajil, whereby the Bank purchases the property on cash basis. Then, the bank resells the said property to you on deferred payment within an agreed period. There will be no changes to the Bank’s Selling Price that has been contracted in the Letter of Offer throughout the financing period. Most importantly at the bank’s discretion, rebate will be granted for early payment of the selling price.
