Hong Leong Islamic Bank teams up with Amanah Raya Berhad to offer Will Writing Service-i

Hong Leong Islamic Bank (HLISB) today signed a Strategic Partnership agreement with Amanah Raya Berhad (ARB) to market ARB's Will Writing Service-i in its continuing efforts to enhance its financial service offerings to customers.

At the signing ceremony between HLISB and ARB today, HLISB managing director, Daud Vicary Abdullah said, "We are very proud of our growth and achievements to date. Today, we are very excited about introducing the Will Writing Service to customers. HLISB sees itself as a holistic financial provider to every customer segment."

The will writing service allows HLISB to provide a new wealth management solution to its customers with very competitive terms and at minimal cost. With this arrangement, the customers will be able to easily amend their Will any number of times for no extra cost for so long as ARB remains the executor of the Will. Customers are required to pay only RM250 for either a Muslim or Non-Muslim Will. There will be no custodian charges. This promotional price is available only for the next two (2) months.

For its initial roll out, HLISB plans to target the product only at its staff and customers at selected branches in major localities throughout Malaysia. The product will then be gradually introduced in stages to remaining branches of the 186 Hong Leong branches has nationwide.
