Product Specialist
Responsibilities
Mentor the PFCs located at HLB branches to promote Islamic Banking products and services
Provide training to existing and new PFCs for them to have the necessary competency level and skill sets to promote our products
Formulate strategies and action plans to assist the PFCs in achieving their sales target
Work closely with Strategic Marketing team to formulate new sales campaign and/or enhancement to existing products
Requirements
A recognised degree and candidates with CFP/RFP certification will have an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in unit trust or bancatakaful industry
Well versed in wealth management products especially on unit trust and bancatakaful
Preferably has some knowledge on Islamic Banking wealth management products
Sales driven with good track record and possess good management skills
Independent with a strong network of customers
